Weeklong curfew for Salt Lake City

Following protests this past weekend in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake City Mayor Erin Mendenhall has ordered second curfew. This curfew will go into effect each night at 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. the next day. It will run from June 1-8Only mandatory employees should be on campus during this time. Clinical employees at University of Utah Health should consult with their supervisors. Information relevant to the campus community will be updated on alert.utah.edu as it becomes available.

  • Students in Housing and Residential Education with urgent needs should call the Peterson Heritage Center Information Desk at 801-587-2000.
